A short, honest note.

When you share your email with us, we use it for one thing: to follow up about the cycling plan we coordinate for your sailing. We don't sell your data or add you to unrelated newsletters.

What we collect when you submit the form. Three things you give us — your email, your cruise line, and your sailing month — plus the campaign tags carried in the link that brought you here (which ad or source led you to us). That's the whole on-site form. Anything else we need to build your plan — the kind of riding you prefer, your exact dates, delivery or pickup — we gather later, in conversation, by email.

How we use it. To reach out, understand what you're looking for, and coordinate the right rentals with vetted local vendors for your itinerary. We contact the vendors on your behalf; you deal with each of them directly for the rental and payment. We don't pass your payment details to anyone, because we never take them.

Where it's stored. Your submission is held by our database and email providers, who process it on our behalf solely to deliver this service. Some of these providers may process data outside your home country under standard data-protection safeguards.

Analytics and advertising. We measure how our site and ads perform. This may include privacy-focused analytics and advertising tools that record limited, mostly anonymized activity. Where the law requires your consent for these, we ask for it before they run, and you can decline.

How long we keep it. We keep your details only as long as needed to coordinate your trip or until you ask us to remove them — and we review and clear inactive records periodically.

Your choices. You can ask us what we hold, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Reply to any note from us, or write to info@portporters.com, and we'll act within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK and unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
